Oral Presentations
- Plenary/Keynote : 40min presentation + 5min questions
- Invited : 25min presentation + 5min questions
- Oral: 12min presentation + 3min questions
Computers will be available to upload the presentations before the session. Presenters are welcome to use their own computer but they will have to check the connection at least three hours prior to their session.
Poster Presentations
Three poster sessions are organized on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. Boards will be available from the morning to attach the posters. All posters must be removed at the end of the session.
The size of the boards is 3ft (W) x 4ft (H). These are the maximum dimensions so please make sure your poster print does not exceed them. Double-side tape and pins will be provided to hold the posters.
